reflection on the practice
Today I used the "flow analyze" method in IDEO.
(Represent the flow of information or activity through all phases of a system or progress. This is useful for identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for functional alternatives.)
For me, the most meaningful thing is that "flow analyze" makes my next work idea clear and smooth. Because I sometimes encounter bottlenecks during the process, I am not sure which step to take next. This may be because I allocated too much work and added many small steps. In Central Processing, I conducted outdoor shooting, image processing, material collection, material selection, manual material production, computer material production, and did multiple experiments. But after Flow Analyze, I found that there are only three categories: photographs, materials, and experiments. This makes me more aware of the purpose of each job, so that I can more accurately identify the point of effort, and exert it accurately, making my work more efficient and meaningful.
With today's experience, I have an overall direction and see the big frame, which makes my work more gradual. I have improved my analytical skills and overall understanding of the project. I will use this skill in future practices because it is very helpful for the overall control of the project.
